Facial gymnastics

Facial gymnastics is a natural way of rejuvinating amd toning the muscles, putting them back where they belong. It helps to improve the blood flow in the muscle contractions and smoothes and eliminates lines and wrinkles.

Internally it can help to stimulate the body’s energy channels through the reflexology points on the face, so it is not only a practice that can affect our outward appearance but also energise us inside and improve our health and wellbeing.
