Quality of Life – 7 steps to perfect health – Step 4: Exercise

In this chapter of our 7 step health plan our health detectives move into the exercise zone. We are designed to move, not to sit in front of a TV, computer or playstation all day. Kids often run around all day, play and explore whenever they can, and although some of the older ones need to be kicked of their smartphones and tablets, we can guarantee that they will be happier in the long run if they do more physical movement. It is actually essential … Continue reading

Buddha juice

Kombucha is a natural drink based on tea. It is organic, refreshing and a commercial version is made locally in Cadiz. The difference from other drinks, including organic ones, is that kombucha has many healthy benefits especially for our digestion. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, including the famous vitamin B12, and on top of the rich taste that is like champagne it has no alcohol and is safe for children to drink. Any sugar content is purely residual and it is safe for … Continue reading

Participants are led towards a reawakening and rediscovery of the body. Initially some of the muscles seem foreign, but slowly new connections develop between the poorly known muscles and the brain as muscular vocabulary … Continue reading

Sometimes this decompression phase is not completed properly, especially if the birth was either unusually fast or long or if forceps or a vacuum was used. In these cases although the head may look symmetrical the compression may still be present. In this instance the … Continue reading
