| Start the day in school with a good organic breakfast |

Students in the Guadalhorce Valley will be getting information about organic produce over the next few months. The Guadalhorce organic association are trying to develop awareness and consumption of organic produce in the area. Oranges, almonds, extra virgin olive oil and bread, everything organic. And this nutritious breakfast will be available to the students of various public school starting with Felix Plaza of Alhaurín el Grande last week. The presentations and tastings are part of the wider work of the Association to build a positive opinion of organic produce and to work with education centres to help the younger members of the community appreciate the benefits. Apart from the organic breakfast the presentation also includes a series of games to help the children understand the different seasonal foods, the benefits that organic farming brings to eco systems in terms of flora and fauna and the healthy benefits of fresh organic produce.
