  1. La Chispa Online is a Resource Directory for businesses, services and practitioners involved in Ecological, holistic, natural and sustainable practices. Registering on La Chispa Online indicates that you or your business is professionally involved in these kinds of activities.

  2. The kind of products, services and activities that La Chispa Online covers can be seen by browsing through the categories on the home page.
  1. La Chispa online does not accept responsibility for any claims made by advertisers on this site, nor is La Chispa Online responsible for any losses, damage or injury arising from the use of products and services found on this site.
  1. La Chispa Online reserves the right to refuse any registration without recourse to explanation. The site is intended to be a resource for alternative living and is open to many different kinds of listings. However, the final decision for including any listing lies with the editor of the site.
  1. How to register:
    1. Choose a package - the higher costs of each package reflects the level of exposure on the site, both in terms of size of presence and priority of listing.
    2. Fill in the necessary details in the form provided online.
    3. If your work does not fit one of the pre-existing categories please use the comments box to inform us of this. We do not guarantee that we will create new categories for every request. Please try and fit in to the existing structure. This will make the site easier for users.
    4. There are restrictions on the number of categories allowed per person per package. Each category you register to will ink to the same information unless you sign up for the deluxe package in which case special conditions apply.
    5. Photos/logos must be sent ready for use on the web site - 72 dpi.
    6. Submit this form using the button provided.
    7. If you have chosen a paid-for package you will receive an email with the necessary payment information.
    8. Registration will only be complete and information uploaded to the site on receipt of full payment (see below for more details).
  1. How to Pay:
    1. Once the registration form has been completed and submitted an email will be sent from La Chispa with full information about how to pay.
    2. Fiscal details will be required for billing: name, billing address, NIF/CIF number. These can be sent by reply and the bill will be issued.
    3. The contract for registering online is valid from the date that the clients information is uploaded on to La Chispa Online and is valid for one year from that date.
    4. The contract will be automatically renewed after one year unless the client cancels within 2 weeks of the contract expiring (a reminder will be sent out one month before expiry).
    5. Payment can only be made by bank transfer or cheque at this stage.
    6. Credit card and PayPal facilities are not available at present.
    7. Overseas cheques (outside of Spain) are not acceptable at present.
