Shanti-Som is Kezia’s vision made real: A safe haven full of tranquillity and harmony, surrounded by tropical gardens, the rustling of orange groves and the trickling of streams, where you can take a step back from your fast paced, stressed lives and be inspired, educated and encouraged to take steps forward to “live your best life”.
Shanti-Som also fulfils another strongly-held ambition; giving back to those less fortunate. In Kezia’s Ashiana Project, she has created a not-for-profit foundation which will provide the Shanti-Som experience for children, the elderly, cancer patients and carers by raising funds and setting aside specific weeks in the year devoted to those less fortunate.
Our Philosophy:
Drawing on the ancient traditions and tropical spa rituals of the East, Shanti-Som Wellbeing Retreat takes centuries of eastern wisdom and uses these teachings to counterbalance the stress of modern life and the tell-tale signs that it leaves behind.
It’s a place where you will regain your energy and gain balance and focus through daily yoga classes, meditation and the personal support that you need to complete your journey. We offer an array of spa therapies combining eastern and western traditions.
Although there is a full yoga and detox programme that addresses our clients’ physical needs, a further aim of Shanti-Som is to allow you time for personal reflection, self understanding and your ongoing personal development. We offer lifestyle solutions that will leave guests renewed and reinspired where you can have the opportunity to learn more about the positive effects that a more balanced lifestyle can help you to “Live Your Best Life”.
At Shanti-Som our aim is to advise, encourage and educate but never lecture.
We proactively work with business organizations with corporate social responsibility programmes to facilitate, participate and endorse their initiatives.
Shanti-Som also has an organic charity project, Ashiana, that supports needs within the community. Ashiana – which translates as “Safe Haven” – will actively support other local charities, working within the community of Marbella.
