How do you fancy a spa weekend with a difference? At Family Siesta we have put together an exciting programme from Friday 22nd – Monday 25th September, which will incorporate the use of Young Living Therapeutic Essential Oils & highly qualified therapists offering treatments with a difference!

You can relax by the pool and have the option to include some beauty treatments to your stay, spend some time at the beach or go exploring surrounding areas.
The workshops:
i. The sounds of the beautiful crystal singing bowls. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear; you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing, balancing & meditation.
ii. The Kingesis movements liberating your physical selves through sensual dance and the deeply profound and joyful effect on all other areas of your lives help to clear and free the mind, encourage sensuality & uplift your spirit.
