Condiciones de compra y contratación

Formas de pago

La Chispa le deja elegir la forma de pago que mejor le convenga:

-         Con tarjeta de crédito, Visa o Eurocard/Mastercard via la mediante PayPal

-         Moneybookers

-         Mediante transferencia bancaria por adelantado, a favor de Phil Speirs: debe realizar la transferencia en un plazo máximo de 3 días hábiles desde que realizó el pedido (en caso de no haber recibido confirmación de la transferencia transcurrido este plazo, se cancelará el pedido). En el concepto recuerde mencionar el nombre bajo el que hizo el pedido. En el email de confirmación recibirá los datos bancarios para la transferencia.

 

Precios y disponibilidad de productos

Los precios y la disponibilidad de los productos de La Chispa son válidos salvo fin de existencias o error tipográfico. Los pedidos se atenderán por riguroso orden de recepción, de acuerdo al Artículo 9 de la Ley de Comercio Minorista. En caso de finalizar las existencias de un producto solicitado, se cancelará el pedido del cliente previo aviso -exceptuando los casos en que sea imposible contactar con él- y se le propondrá un producto de prestaciones y características similares.

Impuestos
Los impuestos (IVA) están incluidos en los precios de los productos.

Garantías
Cuando compra en La Chispa puede sentirse tranquilo y seguro porque está comprando con la garantía de La Chispa y de las marcas y fabricantes mas conocidas y establecidas en el mercado de productos ecológicos.
Los productos adquiridos en La Chispa siempre disponen de instrucciones de uso*. Factura
Guarde la factura como comprobante de su compra. En el caso de avería en el producto adquirido no derivada de una mala utilización, deberá presentarla junto a la garantía que incluye el producto.

Seguridad
La Chispa le garantiza una compra segura. Una de nuestras máximas preocupaciones es ofrecer un servicio seguro y proteger la confidencialidad de los datos que recibe, por lo que utilizamos el sistema de seguridad Secure Socket Layers (SSL), que garantiza que toda la información que nos sea remitida en un pedido (incluyendo su nombre, dirección y datos bancarios) será encriptada a través de nuestro servidor seguro.

Envios
Entrega en 4 - 5 días:
- Islas Baleares, Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla entrega en 7/10 días.
Entrega en la dirección donde usted nos indique. Facilitar persona y teléfono de contacto, así como horario de entrega.

Para Portugal y Marruecos consúltenos.

Plazo de entrega garantizado en el 95% de los casos.

Entregas en la Península : hasta 100 gramos 2,58 €
Entregas en la Península : hasta 2kg 8.34 €
Entregas en la Península : hasta 10kg 8.80 €
ENVIO GRATUITO en compras superiores a un importe total de 75€ con entrega en la Península.

Devoluciones
En La Chispa nuestro máximo objetivo es la satisfacción de nuestros clientes. Por lo tanto, queremos asegurarnos que el producto que usted haya adquirido en nuestra tienda siempre corresponda a sus expectativas. Si no fuera así usted dispone de 30 días hábiles, a contar desde el día de recepción de la mercancía, para devolver el producto. Simplemente escríbanos un correo electrónico a info@lachispa.net  Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spambots. Es necesario activar Javascript para visualizarla indicando su Nombre, Dirección, Número de Teléfono, DNI y el producto que desea devolver. También puede llamarnos al +34 951 165 092. Nos pondremos en contacto para acordar el día de recogida del producto.

La devolución del producto será por cuenta del comprador y los gastos de esta devolución serán asumidos por el cliente.

El reintegro de la compra se efectuará, en cualquier caso, a la recepción de los artículos en La Chispa. Previa comprobación del estado de la mercancía, que debe estar sin usar y en su embalaje original, se procederá al reintegro de su importe (costes de envío no incluidos) en la misma modalidad en que se efectuó la compra, salvo en efectivo, que se reintegrará mediante transferencia bancaria.

En el caso de que en una devolución el artículo no se encuentre en las condiciones mencionadas, será remitido al cliente, cobrándole además los portes correspondientes.

No se aceptarán devoluciones de aquellos productos "que, por su naturaleza, no puedan ser devueltos (...) o susceptibles de ser descargados o reproducidos con carácter inmediato para su uso permanente" (ley 47/2002, de 19 de diciembre, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista art. 45). Especificaremos en la descripción del producto si éste no admite devolución.

Purchasing with La Chispa online

Placing an order:
To place an order in the lachispa.net shop: select the products that you want to buy, click to go the cart where you will be able to confirm the details of your order and to proceed to the checkout. Fill out the form with your personal information and select one of the payment methods that are offered.
Within the order form we offer the option of registering with your e-mail address and password selection, to make the purchase simpler, we advise registering first.
If your order is made up of several products you will need to choose the same payment method for all, or alternatively make several orders, utilising the payment method that suits you. Once the order has been realised we will send you a confirmation order by email and advise of the order status.
The La Chispa shop allows you to fulfill the order, and you can also contact us if you have any questions regarding your chosen products. Email your query to info@lachispa.net or by calling +34 951 165 092, Monday-Friday: 9.30am to 7pm.

Orders will be delivered inside Spain and Balearics.

Shopping Cart:
In the cart you will be provided with information about your order: your product selection, cost  in Euros plus shipping & handling costs, quantity, colour & size, any product discount or promotion and if you require gift packaging.
Your past purchases will also remain in your registration details for future visits.

Conditions of Purchase - Payment methods:
La Chispa currently offers three payments methods:
- Paypal account or credit card transaction through the paypal system – secure and trustworthy.
- Moneybookers - online payment system similar to Paypal
- Bank transfer in advance, in favour of Phil Speirs: Transfer must be made within a maximum period of three working days after the order has been placed (in the  case of not receiving confirmation of the transfer within this period, the order will be cancelled). Under the concept (concepto), please put the name of the person that placed the order. In the email confirmation of order you will receive our bank details to make the transfer.

Conditions of Purchase - Prices and availability of products:
The price and availability of La Chispa products are updated regularly. But we do not take responsibility for a pricing error or non-availability of a product.
The orders will be attended promptly on receipt of order, in agreement with  Article 9 of the Trade Retailer Law.
In case of selling out of a particular product stock, the order of the client will be cancelled, with notice given by email or telephone - unless the client is impossible to contact - and we will propose him an alternative product where possible.

Taxes
The tax (IVA) is included in the price of the product.

Guarantee
When buying with La Chispa you are buying under guarantee.

Invoice:
Please ensure you keep the invoice as proof of purchase. In case of a problem with your newly purchased product, unless the product has been mis-handled in anyway, you must present this, together with the manufacturer’s guarantee on return of product.
Security:
La Chispa guarantees a safe purchase. We are constantly trying to improve our service and to protect the confidentiality of our customer’s information, we use the safety system Secure Socket Layers (SSL), which guarantees that all the information sent to us in an order (including your name, direction and number of credit card) will be coded under our secure serve
 
Shipping:
We deliver in 4-5 days:
-    Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla delivers in 7/10 days.
-    Deliveries will only be made to the address that you indicate to us. You will also need to provide a contact name and telephone number when you register
-    For Portugal and Morocco contact us.
-    Delivery time guaranteed in 95 % of all cases.

Returns Policy:
At La Chispa our key objective is customer satisfaction. We wish to ensure that any products you purchase in our shop always correspond to your expectations. If for any reason this is not the case, you have 30 days from the day of receipt of goods, to return the product. Simply send us an e-mail at: info@lachispa.net indicating your Name, Address, Telephone Number, DNI (passport number) and the product you wish to return. You may also call us +34 951 165 092.

At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
If the item is faulty, we will cover a Paqute Azul post, for other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of posting, which you can get from the Post Office.
The refund of the order will be made in full, after receiving the goods returned and on checking the condition of the goods, goods must not have been used and the original packaging must be intact. On confirmation of these details La Chispa will issue a refund to the purchaser (return costs not included) to the same payment method that the product was purchased. We do not offer cash refunds.
In case a returned article is not in the above mentioned conditions, it will be sent back to the customer and any corresponding charges will be incurred by the customer.
