This month sees the launch of the new la Chispa web site, overhauled recently to bring us up to date, easier to access and more interactive. Aromatherapy
The term “aromatherapy” was first coined by a French doctor, Valnet, who published the findings of his research into the properties of essential oils in 1964, especially emphasising their antibacterial action. He cited thyme as being one of the most prolific and hence recommended it to combat infections.
