You yourself can choose if you wish to think you have a “miserable” life or a “happy” life; whichever you choose … Continue reading

Each encounter, whether in the world or with something bubbling up from within, is a moment of potential change. Every encounter is filled with tension. Your beliefs about
tension and change shape both how you experience such encounters and how you deal with them.
The movement of change is the continual dance of shifting tensions. Tension is neither good nor bad, it is simply what is so. The question is: how can I work harmoniously with the tension of life?
A great technique that helps to balance … Continue reading
Eric Rolf, a western spiritually based teacher will be bringing his wisdom and insight to a special course organized by Asociacion Lotus in Málaga in April. Born in 1936 in New York, Eric has dedicated his life to the exploration of creative and communication processes from their inner sources, and … Continue reading
What is psychodrama?.
Psychodrama is a branch of psychotherapy that is profound and dynamic in restoring health. Essentially it onvolves the representation (dramatisation) of past or future events, real or imagined, internal or external and putting them in the present, in the “here and now”. This is done using certain guidelines and treatment techniques. In the system that I use we also build images, masks, collages, puppets and other techniques, which can achieve the desired objectives in a fun, dynamic and very respectful way.
In psychodrama there … Continue reading
Gabriella Mensch took over Centro Santa Fe last March with the view of turning it into a healing space for women to meet, practice spiritual disciplines and run workshops. Apart from the yoga classes that are on offer five times a week, there is also meditation, dancing, painting mantras and one-off workshops organised by the members. “I’d joined different spiritual circles in Estepona before,” explains Gabriella. “But by the end of 2011 there were no more happening in the area and I realised something was … Continue reading
Sophia Rendu continues her series of inspirational articles leading us into the new year with some thoughts on transformation.
If he doesn’t allow his transformation into a butterfly, then he will always think of himself as a caterpillar. This young wormy creature, after munching his way through several kilos of leaf reaches a stage in his evolution where it is time to wrap up into a silky mesh and prepare for the unexpected. At first the caterpillar resists his total make over, like he wants to … Continue reading
If we talk about health and the strategies that we have to care for and improve it, the circle starts and finishes at the mouth, particularly with regards to the food we choose to put in it. A conscious diet, with all that implies, is an essential part of any strategy of wellbeing.
In the years that I’ve cultivated a healthy eating style, I have taken the time to travel and experience different ways, but have not really found one in particular that I can declare … Continue reading
‘La escuela Andalusi’ in their mission to recover ancient wisdom and recover old knowledge were looking for a space that would transport the student to a timeless dimension to help them connect with their inner wisdom. This building, built in 1877, was discovered in a terriblecondition and this video shows the process of restauration that transformed it into the beautiful space that visitors can appreciate today.
